Know how a carrier handles the rate before you haul.
Look up any trucking company and see what other drivers report about rate confirmations, plus an official rating from carriers that opt in.
Try
Carrier search results are real companies pulled live from FMCSA safety data, not placeholders.
Two signals. Two different meanings.
We keep what drivers say separate from what a carrier has committed to, so neither gets mistaken for the other.
Community flags
Truckers raise a green flag for a clear, honest rate-confirmation experience, or a red flag when something felt off. These are driver reports and opinions. A red flag is a concern, not a finding of wrongdoing.
TruckingKarma Rating
An official A to F grade, only for carriers that join. It reflects a structured review of their rate-confirmation practices, and it appears as a seal on their profile.
Ratings backed by real verification, not a survey.
A TruckingKarma Rating isn't drivers guessing. It's built from paperwork and outside confirmation.
Carriers share what they told the driver
Participating carriers give us the rate confirmations for the loads their drivers haul.
Drivers send proof of delivery
Drivers mail us the signed delivery paperwork for each load, tagged with a load ID.
We confirm the real rate independently
We contact the broker or factoring company directly to verify what the load actually paid.
We match the numbers
If what the driver was told matches what we confirmed, the load counts as accurate. If it doesn't, it counts against the carrier's rating.
What a profile looks like
Carriers that participate get a seal. Carriers that haven't joined show community flags only, with a clear invite path.
Check before you accept the load.
Search three ways
Company name, USDOT, or MC number. Find the exact carrier, not a look-alike.
Add your experience
Raise a green or red flag after a load so the next driver knows what to expect.
Ask a carrier to join
Don't see a rating? Send an invite and see how many other drivers asked too.
Show drivers you stand behind your rate confirmations.
Community flags tell drivers what others experienced. A TruckingKarma Rating lets you show what you commit to.

Straight answers
Is a red flag proof a carrier did something wrong?
No. It is a driver's report of a concern. We show it as community feedback and never as a finding.
How is the A to F rating different?
The rating is official and only available to carriers that join. Community flags are open to any carrier, joined or not.
What if a carrier hasn't joined?
You still see community flags. The profile shows "Not yet participating" and no rating.
